Shipping Methods
We offer free shipping on all orders (no minimum required) across Australia! We also offer several shipping methods to cater to your specific needs:
- Free Standard Shipping: No tracking provided! Delivers your order within 6-10 business days (not including handling time). Please note with this option, we do not send to Parcel Lockers, parcelpoint and Parcel Collect as they require tracking. You will need to select the Tracked Shipping Option at checkout if you need your order delivered to parcel Lockers, parcelpoint and parcel collect.
- Tracked Shipping Option: Delivers your order within 6-10 business days (not including handling time) for $8.
- Express Shipping: Delivers your order within 1-3 business days (not including handling time) for $10.
Once your order is processed and dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor the progress of your delivery.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be subject to unforeseen delays, such as extreme weather conditions or peak holiday seasons.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2 business days from the date of purchase. During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer, but we always strive to get your order to you as soon as possible.
International Shipping
Exciting news! We now offer international shipping to select countries worldwide. Wherever you are, you can now enjoy the convenience of shopping with us. International shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total. Unfortunately flag poles cannot be shipped internationally. Sorry for the inconvenience.
